Lynn Fulton did a fabulous job helping my siblings & me sell our parents' home in Naples, Florida. None of us lived in the area so we relied heavily on her expertise and advise- and boy did she deliver. Lynn guided us through preparing the house to go on the market, deciding where to price it in a hard to predict environment, negotiating offers and managing the inspection. There were several items that needed to be addressed after the inspection. Lynn found contractors that could do the work quickly and at a fair price. She processed the approvals needed from the HOA and she inspected the work- she was amazing. We are all so grateful for her expertise, her knowledge, her hard work, her professionalism and her kindness. It is with my whole heart that I recommend Lynn Fulton.
